You can buy your tickets through this website or through one of our other sales channels such as GetYourGuide, Viator and Tripadvisor.
Please note that your tickets are only valid for the specific date you have chosen. Value vouchers and tickets that are non date specific expire at the latest availability of the pricelist but not longer than 1 year after the purchase date.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • 8 or more days in advance: full refund except the transaction and cancellation fees.
  • 7 to 1 day(s): 50 % of the ticket price
  • Less than 1 day: 100 %
  • No-show: 100 %
It is up to the customer to choose between money back or a value voucher. Please note that in the case of a full refund 3% of the paid amount plus €0,49 per ticket will be withheld as it is a non refundable transaction fee by Regiondo and Stripe at the time of booking. An additional cancellation fee of €0,49 per ticket does also apply. Please read our terms and conditions.
We highly recommend that you show up 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Showing up late may result in missing the tour. Missed tours will not be refunded.
We understand things come up so we will happily change your date or time, as long as we have availability. If you must make a change, please contact us.
Tips are not included in the tour price. We do ask that you consider tipping your tour guide as it is part of the way they earn their money. It is also a great incentive for them to do their best each and every time :)

If the weather poses a safety risk, the activity may be canceled/terminated both before and during the activity. If this happens before the start of the activity, a refund will follow. Rescheduling is also possible. Please read our terms and conditions.
