Lighttown Tours takes a personalized approach to city sightseeing via handpicked, expert, local tour guides, who provide exceptional, fully guided sightseeing experiences for visitors of Eindhoven and its city region. You can attend individually and we will give you a tour of the City of Eindhoven together in a group no larger than 15 people. This means you will get a high quality tour of various sights and you have an opportunity to network with other expats and tourists in the group. We will give you valuable insider tips about the best places to eat, sleep, and to go out. You will see places in Eindhoven that you would otherwise not visit and we will take you to the city's history and we will show you the future development plans of the city of Eindhoven.

You can buy your tickets through this website or through one of our other sales channels such as GetYourGuide, Viator and Tripadvisor.
Please note that your tickets are only valid for the specific date you have chosen. Value vouchers and tickets that are non date specific expire at the latest availability of the pricelist but not longer than 1 year after the purchase date.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • 8 or more days in advance: full refund except the transaction and cancellation fees.
  • 7 to 1 day(s): 50 % of the ticket price
  • Less than 1 day: 100 %
  • No-show: 100 %
It is up to the customer to choose between money back or a value voucher. Please note that in the case of a full refund 3% plus €0,49 per ticket will be withheld as it is a non refundable transaction fee by Regiondo and Stripe at the time of booking. An additional cancellation fee of €0,49 per ticket does also apply. Please read our terms and conditions.
We highly recommend that you show up 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Showing up late may result in missing the tour. Missed tours will not be refunded.
We understand things come up so we will happily change your date or time, as long as we have availability. If you must make a change, please contact us.
Tips are not included in the tour price. We do ask that you consider tipping your tour guide.
We suggest wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking long distances. Also bring a bottle of water along and make sure to check the weather before before you leave, too.
We offer action packed tours filled with dozens of sites and attractions visited. All of our tours feature an experienced, local, entertaining guide.
If the weather poses a safety risk, the activity may be canceled/terminated both before and during the activity. If this happens before the start of the activity, a refund will follow. Please read our terms and conditions.
Our tours take place from 2 to 15 participants.
All our tours end at one of the most special restaurants in Eindhoven. Here you can eat and drink something afterwards and possibly have a nice chat wth other participants. Food and drinks are optional so at your own expense.
We currently do not provide a pickup service but the start and end locations of our tours are easily accessible by public transport. You can find more information about the location and how to get there on your ticket.
